Ceramic sand rotary kiln is a crucial equipment when producing high quality ceramic sand

Working process:

Crushing and milling

Dry crude material will be crushed and milled first

Calcification:

After milling, the materials would enter the kiln outlet (high end of the cylinder) through the pre-heat, and then are fed into the kiln by the tremie pipe

Heating source is sprayed into kiln by burner barrel in the head of the kiln

Due to the inclination of the cylinder and slow rotation of the cylinder, the materials roll in hoop direction

Calicinated, reacted, decomposed in succession through the calcinating section, reaction section, and decomposition section

Note: exhaust gas are discharged by the exhaust blower and drained into the the atmosphere by chimney after exchanging heat with the materials

Cooling:

Materials are discharged from the head of the kiln and enter the cooling device and be cooled

Screening:

Screens and final products will be conveyed to the yard

The big size materials will be sent back and processed
