I. Introduction of Sand Production Line

Sand production line consits of vibrating feeding machine, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and other equipment. According to different workmanship demands, various equipment work together to achive good effect.

II. Process flow chart of Sand Production Line

Firstly, stone materials are grinded by coarse-crushing machine. Then, the coarse materials made are conveyed into fine crusher by belt conveyor to be crushed, and the materials made by this step are delt by vibrating screen, which classified two kinds of stones, one kind conveyed into sand making machine, the other are returned to be crushed again. Some of the stones which enter sand making machine are made into finished sands, others shall be crushed again.
