Our factory is a professional enterprise specializing in  gypsum powder ball press and complete production line, the equipment can press desulfurization gypsum powder into ball one-time without any adhesives. Its capacity and hardness is large, now it has been put into production in many power plants and cement plants around the world with great effect. Analysis from the raw material (desulfurization gypsum) itself or products experiment result can know desulfurization gypsum ball press is widely used in building materials industry. But it’s always a different problem of pressing desulfurization gypsum into balls or pieces because it’s moisture is big.

 Charateristics:

So our technical personnel determined to conquer the technology. With months of experiment we finally mastered the desulfurization gypsum’s moisture dry humidity and needed strength, and developed ball press specially used for desulfurization gypsum. The equipment can press desulfurization gypsum powder into ball one-time without any adhesives. Success rate can be above 95%. The product’s hardness is great, so it couldn’t break when transported. It can be used as cement retarder instead of natural gypsum in cement plants. With the technical problems solved, we signed desulfurization gypsum production line with many customers successfully, and created the new situation of desulfurization gypsum ball press. This equipment really realized the waste recycling. There are simple production lines in our factory, and you are welcome to our factory with your raw material to have a commissioning.
