Corrosion analysis of the coal slime dryer

1.slime dryer air leakage of the mechanical and electrical gap dust  and  insulation has not been resolve ,however ,the slime dryer head and tail of air leakage is more serious .cold air leakage into the people electrostatic precipitator may low the flue gas temperature .the electric filed of precipitator is often in the condensation state of severe corrosion ,the electric filed accessories .even in the winter mud electric precipitator ash hopper flow phenomena,ESP not function properlty .As the competition of the cement fierce increasing ,the market demands the kinds of cement varieties ,the demand for fly ash at different times different  make  the slime dryer stop even not planned ,further exacerbating the corrosion of the electric field accessories .

3.As the slime dryer application of new lifting and new hot stove technology,the thermal efficiency is continuous improved ,the production from 18t/h up to 30t/h,the amount of smoke and dust to enter the electriostatic precipitator concentration ,increased the ESP load ,resulting in air leakage of the pipe network ,increase the electric field of ESPaccessories electrochemical corrosion .

4.The troditional method of operation after power outage in the rotary drum dryer parking precipitators ,timely send people into the electric field ,when the electric field cooling ,cleaning and sweeping ,but the actual effect to do that is casing the electric field often in a wet state ,the corrosion speed up the electric field accessories.
