Working principle

Horizontal thin-layer dryer
It combines nucleate boiling with thin-layer theory. It is a kind of efficient thermal drying process. It core equipemnt is horizontal thin-layer dryer. It mainly consists of cylinder shell with heat layer, rotor and driving device.
After entering dryer, wet sludge will form a thin layer which will spread on dryer wall through the rotation of rotor. The temperature of heat wall is higher than the boiling point of water. Moisture in sludge will be evaporated fast if the nucleate boiling happens. At the same time, sludge will drop from hot wall. Then, sludge will be constantly mixed, distributed and conveyed to outlet of dryer. It only takes 10 minutes to finish the whole process.

Two-stage process: it adds a linear dryer after horizontal thin-layer dryer.
Linear drying is a kind of U type spiral structure which runs slowly. Heating is finished by rotor and U type shell body. Owing to big caloric capacity and long staying time, compound water contained in sludge can be effectively spread. It combines both the advantages of one-stage and two-stage.
