Discription of Rotary washing machine

Rotary washing machine is mainly used for de-mud operation of manual sand and aggregate with the size less than 80mm. It has advantage of large feeding size. The aggregate contain after washing can be less than 0.5%, water content can be less than 2% of the features.

Working pinciple of Rotary washing machine

Cylinder is supported by four tugs, the motor drive the reducer, the big gear drivethe cylinder with low-speed rotation. The aggregates which contains mud pie and stone powder enter into the rotating cylinder though thhe inlet, then will be raised by the wear resistant rubber liner installed inner the cylinder, it will be repeated ]from the inlet to the outlet of the washing machine. And washed by the consequent and reversal water, the washed feeed-ended discharge end the move repeeated several times,and is forward or reverse of the flush water washed aggregate will be discharged from the discharging end of the washing machine after being dewatered. The dirty water which contains the mud will go out of the washing machine from the bafffle hole which at the discharge and feeding end of the washing machine.
