1. Tempering - mechanical separation method

7. Bio-reactor method

8. Ultrasonic method
  As a new kind of sludge disposal method, ultrasonic will produce a sponge effect and partial heating effect in order to improve dehydration ability. It is shown at relevant research that low-strength and quick ultrasonic disposal can reduce the moisture content of oily sludge to below 85%. At the same time, it can about 25% to 50% utilization amout of flocculant.
9. Microwave method
   Microwave is a kind of high-frequency electromagnetic wave whose frequency is about 300 MHZ to 300GHZ. Use microwave to process  polymer containing sludge, mainly sludge removal of excess water, completely broken containing poly interior sludge in oil in water emulsion, demulsification, to oil, water, solid three-phase resource use.
10. Electro-chemical process
    At present, electro-chemical method containing polymer sludge is still in the exploratory stage, but the method has been successfully used in containing poly oily waste water treatment, and saturated or unsaturated in situ remediation of soil heavy metals and organic pollution, from contaminated soil effectively remove most of organic synthetic material and PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons)
