  The drying process of sludge is economic, compact and safe. Sludge dryer produced by Zhengzhou Taida can be applied to drying various sludge in sewage treatment plants. Sludge is always dehydrated after passing through centrifuge and belt filter. Dehydrated sludge holds a certain typical solid content (20% to 25%). Our sludge dryer is totally suitable for disposing this kind of sludge.
Product features
  Indirect heat transferring can avoid air motion. Owing to closed environment, toxic, harmful and explosive matters are disposed safely. Owing to the slow movement of shaft, almost no dust is formed during the drying process. In addition, the installation abrasion is reduced to the lowest condition. The other advantages of indirect drying is that all heat is used for evaporation. Therefore, the energy consumption is low.
  In different sludge drying application, Zhengzhou Taida provides a one-through drying technology which prevents back-mixing. The staying time and average temperature make pasteurization and sanitation possible. Our machine is very suitable for collective drying process. As back-mixing process, any other moisture can be regarded as final products. Therefore, this machine is suitable for drying solid matters which needs to be dried to 35% to 40%, which is a must for sludge incineration.
Steam process: all evaporated water is sent to wet scrubber without adding purge gas. It means that condensation is a must process in order to reduce the emission to the lowest level.
  The whole device is installed on a lightly inclined platform. What’s more, sludge will flow to the other end through gravity. After drying, sludge will be sent to storage bin through belt conveyor. The temperature of storage bin is much lower than 40 degree centigrade. Sludge which has been dried can be applied to various application ranges, such as composting and replaceable fuels for agriculture and combustion process.
Process solutions
  Zhengzhou Taida paddle dryer holds many sizes. The evaporation capacity ranges from 1.5 square meters to large processor whose inner area is about 300 square meters. The evaporation amount is 6 tons per hour. More than 220 paddle dryer of Taida have been applied at home and abroad. Among them, 30 units have been applied to disposing municipal sludge. Besides paddle dryer, Zhengzhou Taida holds a smooth project solution process which includes digesting dry sludge in loading station. Sludge contains many circles such as conveyor, steam disposal system, sludge dealer, sludge cooler, pelletizer and storage.
