   1. The influence caused by incineration temperature to ceramic particles quality
  A.    In the raw material of producing haydite, fly ash as prop-pant, bentonite as binder.When the prop-pant (fly ash) and binder(bentonite) suitable proportion, ceramsite specific surface area and achieve the optimal cylinder pressure.Too much when the proppant (fly ash), gas break through liquid phase, prop-pant particles between binder agent, lead to ceramsite increasing specific surface area and the cylinder pressure;When binder agent (bentonite) too much, binder agent after liquid molten filling the gap, reduce ceramsite specific surface area, after the melt solidifies hardness is not as good as prop-pant particles, causing ceramsite cylinder pressure is also reduced.
