Technical introduction

  There are a lot of microorganism in river and canal sludge. This problem is always neglected. Therefore, much damage is caused to human and environment. The amount of river sludge is getting more and more. The disposal and development of sludge becomes a problem which gets more and more attention. With the improvement of environmental protection and national economy, river sludge disposal gets greatly developed. Sludge dehydration makes agricultural utilization, fuel application, incineration and landfill possible. 
  Sludge river channel has a variety of microorganisms have been ignored by the people, also have many difficult for urban environmental governance body. Our company research and development of sludge drying equipment can be sludge drying, facilitate sludge biological organic fertilizer production, is the first selection of organic fertilizer manufacturing enterprises drying equipment. Sludge dryers, moisture content can be one-time wet sludge drying to 80-90% moisture content of less than 10% of the dried product. According to the characteristics of sludge drying process and unity block, changed the general single channel plate structure form of dryer, used the combined since the cleaning device, greatly expands the application range, single channel drier can not only all kinds of sludge drying. River sludge dryer can also dry all kinds of materials with high viscosity and moisture.

Working principle

  New type river sludge dryer can dry the 90% moisture content to finished products one time. Aiming at the agglomeration feature of sludge in the drying process, we change the structural form of single-pass dryer. It adopts combined self-cleaning device. The application range of this dryer is greatly enlarged. It can not only applied to various sludge, but also can evaporate partial moisture content after preheating.
  Through feeder, sludge enters material guide plate. With the rotation of drum, sludge is led to inclined materials lifting plate and is lifted to central place of drum. Then, a materials curtain is gradually formed. Hot air passes through materials. Then, sludge gets preheated and partial moisture content gets evaporated.
  After scattering and movement of sludge to mobile grate type flange, materials will mix with preheated grates. Therefore, heat will be led to materials and majority of moisture content is evaporated. Meanwhile, flange will carry materials, then lift and scatter. These actions are repeated many times. There is a convection and heat exchange between materials and hot airflow.
  Cleaning device which is buried in materials will slid along circular arc of lifting plate. Materials which stick on inner wall of lifting plate will be eliminated.
  While cleaning device finishes the rotation of vertical line, it will also be dragged at the reverse side of lifting plate and clean materials which stick on wall of lifting plate. With continuous rotation of drum, moisture content gets evaporated and sludge gets further dried.
   Meanwhile, clean device also works as breaking-up device. It improves drying speed. Finally, after dehydration, sludge becomes loose materials which will be discharged from outlet.
