This machine can also enlarge contact area in order to promote chemical reaction and speed up physical change. For example, add solvent to granular solute. In the process of mixing, all materials which join in the process must distribute evenly. The degree of mixing can be classified into perfect mixing, random mixing and completely immiscible. the mixing degree of materials in the mixer is decided by materials’ proportion, physical state, specialty of materials, the type of mixer and the time used for mixing. The mixing of liquid is mianly depends on the mechanical agitator, airflow and jet of liquid which will be mixed to agitate materials which will be mixed and achieve even mixing. Agitating leads to the flow of partial liquid. The flowing liquid will drive it surrounding liquid. As a result, circulating fluid will be formed in the mixer. The spread between liquid caused by this will become convection diffusion. When the speed of agitated liquid is fast, there will be shear force between high speed liquid flow and slow-speed liquid flow. Therefore, a great amount of local vortex will be produced. These vortex will spread rapidly toward four directions and brings more liquid into the vortex. Disorder convection diffusion formed in a small range is called turbulent diffusion. Moving parts of mixer also produces shear action in the rotary process. When liquid flows through mixer wall and various fixed components installed in vessel, liquid will also receive shearing action which will cause much local vortex diffusion. Main body convection diffusion and vortex diffusion caused by agitating adds diffusion area and reduce the diffusion distance. Therefore, the diffusion time of molecular will be shortened. If the stickness of liquid which will be mixed, causually mixing state can be realized in a short time. If the stickness is pretty high, the time used for mixing will much longer. For liquid with different density, composition and incompatibility, shear force caused by agitating and violent turbulent will crush liquid with big density into small liquid drops and make the small liquid drops scatter evenly into main liquid. The flow speed of liquid must be faster than the settling velocity of liquid. Working principle: in the process of running of three dimensional mixer, owing to the multi-directional running and operation, the flow and diffusion effect will be speeded up in the mixing process of materials. Operation process of three dimensional mixer
1. Before the start-up of three dimensional mixer, operator must stand one miles away from mixing barrel in order to avoid that operator will be injured by barrel.
2. Start the main motor of three dimensional mixer and check the running stability of drum;
3. Start up the running button; adjust mixing time by adjusting time relay; if it is not necessary to control the mixing time, turn the button at the lower part of time relay to continous state;
4. The rotary speed shown on the digital display meter can not be over 500 r/pm.
5. Operator stand in front of drum and turns shaft clockwisely; operator must pay much attention to running direction.
6. After finishing mixing, press the stop button. Then the three dimensional mixer will stop running; if the discharge port is not at the lower part, use electrical eletric button to make the discharge port stop at the right place. Open the cover and start discharging.
